I was co-writing a book with medical researcher Frank Mangano on lowering blood pressure without meds when I read this article from a medical journal about how “lowering blood pressure would help sexual-performance-problems.”

Ding. The lightbulb went off in my head.

You see, lowering blood pressure is probably the most healthy thing you can do for yourself.

But face it — it’s really, really BORING.

I mean, who really cares about their blood pressure unless their doctor says, “Look, lower your blood pressure or you’ll die in six months.”

Then you care.

Are you with me?

I’m right and we all know it.

Heck, I was the same way.

I ignored my blood pressure for years until it hit stroke-level back in my 30s.

Then I could no longer ignore it.

I found every natural alternative possible… which led me to Frank’s books… and they are the BEST.

So Frank comes to me and asks me to contribute to his very popular on-the-shelf book “The Blood Pressure Miracle” –

… and I said,

“Hey, guess what I just read?”

Since he’s the researcher, I said, “Go see if there’s any truth to this.”

The results astonished me.

Not only is there truth to it — that, yes… lowering blood pressure not only extends your life but also extends your sexlife as well — but WOW… it’s a major player in everything from male-ED to females feeling “out of the mood.”

It’s crazy, but it’s true.

It makes sense once you go here and read this:

http://www.lowpressuresex.com

Hang with me: It gets better…

So Frank digs up article after article on the subject of high blood pressure and LOW sexual-energy and performance… and we have a much more compelling reason to want to lower our blood pressure, now don’t we?

But we wanted more…

I said, “Look Frank, I get a lot of emails about sex-after-30… people who want to feel more kick, more alive in that area of their lives… and above all, closer to their mates.”

So… we decided to add another book on TOP of our book…

… a book on improving sexual-pleasure for couples only. “RevolutionarySex” is the name of it. My friend Alex Allman wrote it…and just like that we had two books instead of one.

But that’s not all…

( told you… this story is interesting… ; )

THEN my friend Jeff Anderson comes out with his “homemade V” — and guys, we know what “V” stands for.

Listen: V (little blue things) is really dangerous stuff. It really is. It RAISES blood pressure for one thing. For another it can cause addiction and memory loss.

But Jeff’s version is all-natural, cheap (we’re talking pennies instead of dollars per “pill” to make) and above all… SAFE.

So all of a sudden… THREE books (plus an audio)… so…

It became a System, not a book.

And the topic went from “lowering blood pressure” to …

… How you can completely solve your sexual-performance-problems and increase your pleasure all by lowering blood pressure naturally without meds.”

What a concept…

…and it WORKS.

http://www.lowpressuresex.com

Here are the advantages…

1. If you take blood pressure meds… and a lot of you do… your “kick in the stick” suffers. A lot. Some men suffer all the way, which lead them to taking the V stuff…

… and that stuff ‘raises’ blood pressure.

Bad, bad combo. Our System gets you off of that dangerous and expensive cycle of drugs and on to a natural, easy approach that also adds pleasure to your relationship.

2. Cheaper… by far… than meds.

3. Something you can read and do as a couple or as a single person.

4. You get healthy and you get your vigor back at the same time. Ladies too.

5. It’s guaranteed-to-work… 60 days on us.

I’m very proud of this System. We put a lot of time, research and effort into it.

If you want a life free from high BP and sexual-performance-issues and better health, then go here:

http://www.lowpressuresex.com

P.S. There’s even more to this story…

We created an “Advanced Health and Relationship-Saver Kit” that comes with the most awesome self-hypnosis audios to help you relieve stress, lower pressure, increased your “drive”, and more.

You can get the starter Kit or the Advanced Kit here:

http://www.lowpressuresex.com

Here’s to your health… and your increased pleasure and enjoyment.

If high blood pressure is in the top five of our “Health Issues to Be Concerned About” lists, then how about the affect on our marriages and lovelife?

High blood pressure has a significant impact on a couple’s lovelife.

Sex is a crucial part of any relationship, and when a loving couple is not having it at least on a semi-regular basis, more often than not, the relationship sours faster than curdled milk.

The reason high blood pressure affects the average lovelife all boils down to blood flow. Due to the narrowing of the arteries that high blood pressure creates, it diminishes a man’s ability to have an.erection — never mind maintain one — as there’s less blood flowing to the penis.

To rectify this situation, the average guy heads to his doctor, reluctantly tells him or her about his issues “down there,” and the doctor prescribes him with some form of hypertension med — usually an alpha or beta-blocker.

Problem solved, right? Not exactly.

While your blood pressure levels might lower incrementally, your sex drive will lower incrementally as well — the very opposite of what you want to have happen.

This isn’t some theory concocted by so-called natural health “whack jobs,” mind you. Well-respected news organizations and medical information outlets — like ABC News and the Mayo Clinic — corroborate this. In an ABC News webcast on Feb. 7 of last year, Dr. Domenic Sica, chairman for Clinical Pharmacology and Hypertension at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, said this:

“When you look at it, a number of the blood pressure medications we use are associated with the onset of male dysfunction. Now, that can be a diuretic, a beta-blocker, or so-called peripheral alpha beta-blocker — those are three drugs commonly linked to male dysfunction.”

I’m not sure the link can be made any clearer; you name the hypertension drug, and it will adversely affect your sexlife.

Given this, if you’ll pardon the cliche, how does one kill two birds with one stone? How does one lower their blood pressure and improve their lovelife at the same time? Or is that even possible?

Absolutely it’s possible, and you can learn how to do it all-naturally.

Bestselling authors Frank Mangano and Jon Benson have developed an easy, all-natural way to lower your blood pressure and improve your sexlife at the same time. They weren’t sure this was possible, but after months of research and hordes of emails from people on how their system worked for them, they don’t just think it’s possible, they know it’s possible!

Let me prove it to you.

Go here:

http://www.lowpressuresex.com

I recommend you visit their website immediately, where you’ll get a crash course on how this issue has affected many people; more information on the links between what’s ‘down there’ and hypertension; and most important of all, how you can improve the health of your body and your relationship…all-naturally.

When most people hear the words “menopause” or “andropause”, they immediately think, “middle-age” and “misery”. After all, most people experience the onset of the end of their reproductive cycle during middle-age — and this is usually accompanied by emotionally and physically draining symptoms such as hot flashes, low libido, and mood swings.

However, the facts are changing, and they’re changing with the times.

People are now experiencing these symptoms, along with constant fatigue and depression, much earlier in life. Some studies suggest that perimenopause can begin as early as twenty-five in some women. Men in their twenties and thirties regularly experience the symptoms of low libido and erectile dysfunction. Both men and women battle fatigue and depression — often with drugs and dangerous habits.

What is causing this rapid onset of the symptoms of menopause or andropause? Is this ‘really’ what people are experiencing, or it is something altogether different that is “masking” itself as menopause or andropause? What can someone in their early mid-life do about these stressful symptoms? And, what about those who are actually experiencing the onset of the end of reproduction? Are drugs the only alternative? Are they actually safe?

The questions and much more are addressed spectacularly in NaturaPause: The Natural Hormone Solution For Men And Women.

Created by Naturopathic physician Dr. Holly Lucille and “Fit Over 40″ author Jon Benson, NaturaPause uncovers what Dr. Lucille calls “the root causes” behind the symptoms associate with perimenopause, menopause, andropause, rapid weight gain, functional erectile dysfunction and constant fatigue. Rather than addressing the “symptoms”, Dr. Lucille and Benson address the “cause”, as they enlighten both men and women in methods that can restore hormonal function.

NaturaPause is not a supplement or a drug, but a “how-to” instruction kit comprised of a six audio CDs, a 137-page book and a 28-page workbook.

“Most physicians try to replace hormones. That’s a poor strategy,” says Dr. Lucille in Audio 1. “Exactly what ‘hole’ did they fall out of?” From almost a decade of clinical practice, Dr. Lucille has found solid, natural methods for encouraging bodies to do what they were designed to do: heal themselves, from the inside-out.

This healing process can not only take care of the problem, but also the nasty symptoms — and, unlike drugs (HRT is the common term for hormone therapy via drugs), leave the individual much healthier and more fit than when they began.

“Drugs have their place in hormone help, but they should not be the first choice. The body must be given the chance to heal the root cause of most of the symptoms…and that’s something rarely discussed in traditional medicine,” says Dr. Lucille. “For those on HRT, it is even more crucial to address the core issues, otherwise long-term health can definitely be affected.”

NaturaPause audios include:

“Hormones 101: What You Really Need To Know”

“Menopause: Reasons And Remedies For Regaining Your Life”

“Andropause: What Men Need To Know To Restore Vigor”

“Exercise and Nutrition: Secret Weapons In The Battle For Youth”

“Restoring Sex Drive: The Psychology and Physiology of Renewing Your Love Life”

and “Putting It All Together: Dr. Lucille’s 1-2-3 NaturaPause Plan.”

Each audio is impressively thorough and conducted in a conversational style between Mr. Benson and Dr. Lucille. Both give their take on the subject; Benson from personal experience of early andropause at 27, and Dr. Lucille from a clinical perspective.

So, what is addressed in the NaturaPause Solution Kit? A small sampling includes…

Exactly why traditional medicine flat-out fails to wipe out the hellish symptoms of menopause, male menopause, perimenopause, weight gain, and constant fatigue;

What the natural health industry is missing, and why people are not seeing the rapid results they are looking for by trying what they hear on T.V. or read in a magazine;

The real, absolute, without-a-doubt cause of nearly all these symptoms?and how to get rid of them, make people feel better, and radically boost mental, emotional, and physical health at the same time;

Why 95% of doctors never treat this hormonally-based cause;

A top-to-bottom, ?treat the cause? Solution that is based in fact and medicine that’s been successful for thousands of years;

And more than can be covered in this short review.

Dr. Lucille’s book complements the package perfectly, telling you all you need to know about restoring and maintaining hormonal balance in what she calls, “An ever-increasing toxic environment.” Dr. Lucille demonstrates how everyday household items are contributing to the increase of estrogen in both males and females.

The result: children are reaching puberty 2.3 years sooner than fifty years ago, and both sexes are experiencing the onset of menopausal symptoms earlier and, often, in increased severity.

NaturaPause is probably the best solution for addressing relief and restoration when it comes to this natural phase of life.

Combine that with the solid, down-to-earth nutrition and fitness information, how-tos on sexual healing, and a complete “what works” natural supplement guide, and you have a product that everyone over 30 desperately needs in order to live at their peak for decades to come.

(NewsUSA) – Prostate health is a major concern for men in their late 30s and older. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, a common part of aging, can be uncomfortable and even debilitating.

During the course of the aging process, active testosterone in the blood decreases, leaving a higher proportion of estrogen. In clinical studies, this estrogen increases the activity of substances that promote cell growth. Another possibility is the loss of ability to produce dihydrotestosterone, which controls the growth of the prostate. Without production of dihydrotestosterone, few men develop BPH.

Although surgery is often an option for prostate enlargement, adverse symptoms including incontinence and sexual disfunction are enough to make many sufferers choose prescription drugs if their BPH is mild or moderate. However, there is always a risk of experiencing similar side effects as with surgery, which is why natural remedies such as Roplex are a good alternative.

Roplex’s combination of natural ingredients – including Scandinavian Flower Pollen, B-sistosterol and vitamin E – help reduce the symptoms of BPH, specifically frequent urination and a decline in libido, with no adverse side effects as shown in a recent three- month study done by Rexall/Sundown Inc.

Subjects of the study showed no evidence of cancer and were evaluated by American Urological Association Symptom Index score, urinary flow rate and residual bladder volume. After three months, overall BPH symptoms decreased dramatically as indicated by an improvement in the total American Urological Association Symptom Index. Subjects also reported an increase in sexual function as a result of taking a combination of the ingredients found in Roplex.

Because the ingredients in Roplex effectively shrink the prostate back to a more healthy size, pressure on the urethra is lessened, which decreases the incontinence attendant in BPH, and semen production increases. Thusly, Roplex can not only contribute to prostate health but also intensify male sexual pleasure.
